Ocean Confidence Training

Nature is one of our greatest teachers. Learning to use the outdoors to create a super engaging training program within the ocean and beach.

 

Coaching

KIDS & ADULT PROGRAMS

Can be done at your private pool 

 

Physical Vitality

Elevating well being through Lung expansion training with apnea, Ocean swims, Polynesian style beach sand training and holistic fitness. Including breath-work, visualization and meditation. 

 

* Students must be comfortable swimming with basic freestyle and breaststroke. As well as submerging themselves under water.

1 Day workshop & 5 Day Intensive Training:

 

Combining the power of Hypoxic training (the ability to handle reduced levels of oxygen with ease), ocean swims, along with powerful functional exercises, you will rapidly excel to peak athletic performance while creating a mindset that will have you feeling truly connected to the ocean and trusting your intuition to the max under critical situations that may arise in the ocean.

The 1 Day hypoxic training workshop is for any water lover comfortable with swimming basic strokes and submerging themselves under water. This workshop is awesome if you are looking to expand your lung capacity. You will learn multiple disciplines of hypoxic training to keep practicing or dive into a deeper more transformational 5 DAY training program with Wave Elements

 

ON LAND TRAINING

  •  Introduction to deeper understanding of how to strengthen lungs

  • Breathwork exercises & Dump breath technique 

  • Yoga and stretching geared towards the practiced primary sport (Or if desired, over all HIIT workout personally selected for your needs)

 

* Rehabilitation and restorative sessions available 

IN OCEAN TRAINING

  • Pool session combining prior on land training and exercises 

  • Practice breath holds safely

 

COOL DOWN

 

  • Stretching

  • Simple method to reset your vagus nerve

* You will learn to train your body to handle reduced levels of oxygen and learn to trust your intuition to the max if ever crucial situations arise while in the ocean.
