 I came across wave elements while searching for some further support in moving through some blocks I have in big wave ocean conditions after a traumatic experience in the water. As a surfer I like to be able to challenge myself & Natacha helped me do this in her workshop.

 

We focused on breathe, mind , & the body and she offered very useful skills and tips that I will carry with me. I felt very safe with Natacha , she was mindful & patient and took the time to do the exercises alongside each of us. loved the all encompassing workout & can’t wait to incorporate more of this type of training into my practice! "
